Enhancements of the Open Source Learning Platform Kakadu

Kakadu is a free Learning Platform, which every person can use. Kakadu was implemented with a responsive webdesign, which means it is accessible everywhere and on any mobile device. Be it on the smartphone, tablet or computer. The platform itself assists the learner throughlearning algorithm that intelligently adapts to the user and a progressbar that allows the user to keep track of his learning progress.

This thesis focuses on improvements to the existing Kakadu. These enhancements include conforming the platform to the advancementthe used technologies, the amendment of further question types and follows with the implemented extension of a Responsive Front-End Client.
