Development of an API interface for the BIM property server including a Data Quality Management Tool

While the topic of Building Information Modelling (BIM) is becoming more and more relevant in the field of construction technology there exist national efforts to standardize the involved data. Multiple parties are involved in this process, including the Austrian Standard Institution (ASI) and the University of Innsbruck, which is providing a web-based database called the “BIM Property Server”. The goal of this master thesis is to develop the functionality for the API of the BIM Property Server. Additionally, the interfaces for data exchange with the Data Quality Management Tool will be developed, integrated, and documented. Also, the functionality and the data-flow process of the Data Quality Management Tool will be provided.
